Star Wars Litter
LAPS staff and volunteers have been very good about posting the videos of the various visits with Queen Amidala and the kittens to their Livestream page, so if you miss any visit, you can go to http://livestream.com/accounts/14083503/starwars to watch them. (Note: It’s not always easy to tell what day a video is from — Livestream uses relative time, i.e. “xx days ago”, for posts and Zulu Time, which is currently eight hours ahead of PST, for comments — but they are in reverse chronological order on the page.)

Christmas Decoration Kittens
Alicia tries to broadcast a Periscope with the kittens every night at around 20:00 PST. Because Periscope videos are only viewable on/in Periscope for 24 hours, I record the videos and upload them to YouTube.
- Alicia had her nightly Periscope with the kittens.
Shiraz
- Jules had a short (and very bittersweet) goodbye Periscope with Shiraz at LAPS. Jules is off for a few days away, so Shiraz is at LAPS — she’ll stay there now in the big training area until she’s adopted. The possible good news is that someone submitted an application to adopt Shiraz yesterday and they want to take her home as soon as possible, even promising to take her in to have her stitches out whenever that is. (The application still needs to go through the usual checks and verification, but it would be awesome if she could be in her new home after only a token couple of days at LAPS.) Jules had considered adopting Shiraz herself, but if she did that, she wouldn’t feel able to foster any more.
On her way out, Jules also briefly showed the Star Wars kittens (and mama Amidala trying to get some in-person petting), Frodo, whoever is in the big communal room, and the training room where Butterscotch, Toffee, and Caramel are being held. (It was locked and haas no window, so she couldn’t show them.)
