LAPS:
- Buoy of the Ocean litter was neutered today. His sisters Scuba and Coral were spayed.
- New cat intake (I can’t provide more details at the moment as I didn’t get to see the live broadcast and the video clip won’t play for some reason)
- Mabel, Marbles, and Marvin are available for adoption (I can’t provide more details at the moment as I didn’t get to see the live broadcast and the video clip won’t play for some reason). You can see more about them on the Thursday, August 20, 2015, recap page.
- Rose‘s kittens (Thorny, Anthos, Violet, and Sage) had another field trip to Kayla’s office, complete with more solid food (taken from fingers this time and Thorny even ate from the dish). Kayla, Becky, and Lneya discussed how to increase viewership and reviewed some of the suggestions made by viewers. The Sugar litter is doing great; mama Spatzie is feeding all three kittens.
- Sarin is doing well after her spay operation yesterday.

- Morning Periscope session
- Sisko‘s spay operation is scheduled for September 3. Shelly has brought Owl in with Tip, to help reduce Sisko’s milk load before the spay. (And also because Owl needs more socialization than some of the others.) She’ll then maybe bring over Bambi in a day or two and maybe start restricting Sisko’s calories somewhat to further reduce her milk load over the next week.

- Now that there are three black kittens in with Tip, Shelly has put collars on all three: Owl is red, Flower is pink, and Thumper is blue (nicely displayed in the above picture)
- Thumper, Bluebelle, and Flower continue to receive Clavamox and Flower is still getting additional fluids; she still has pus.
- The new nest area has toys now! Not really much use of them yet, but it’s early days.
People for Happier Cats/TNR site:
- Shelly saw Mila, Henley, Sloane, and the usual suspects at the feral colony feeding station. She also saw a pregnant Enara, a possibly pregnant Neelix, and a very pregnant and currently uncatalogued (and thus unnamed) mostly black tortie. (There is no room at the moment to bring in another pregnant mama cat, though Shelly is working on some modifications to the upstairs at the TinyKittens Home for Pregnant Cats that would allow her to bring in more than she can now — there’s still a limit to how many she can reasonably provide care for herself.)
- She has not seen Scar(lett), the injured cat last seen on Friday.
