Rain
- Kim Tomms successfully trapped the little kitten that Foster Mom Jules saw yesterday.
https://www.facebook.com/PeopleForHappierCats/posts/897774760298089 - The kitten (newly named Rain) will have a sleepover at the TinyKittens Boarding House (aka one of the bathrooms at the TKHQ house) and then head to LAPS in the morning.
- She is a tabby and white female, a little floofy.
- She’s quite social — Kim T thinks she may have been dumped at the colony site since she was first seen so close to the road yesterday. She may be related to the other three kittens as they are all about the same size and she disappears into the same pile where they tend to hide at the colony.
- She has no visible lesions and there was no fluorescing under blacklight so hopefully she is ringworm-free. No live fleas; Shelly gave her a dose of Revolution. Temperature is normal.
- Shelly estimates that she’s about 7 weeks old. She weighs 709 grams.
- She’s slightly dehydrated — Shelly syringe-fed her some watered down food, which she ate eagerly.
- INTAKE VIDEO: The copy on the Livestream page is having some issues so I’ve uploaded my recording of the intake video to my YouTube account (Little Darling’s recording of it is also viewable on her YouTube channel):
