LAPS:
- Alicia (who is fostering the CallaLily litter) held a Periscope session with Rose‘s kittens in their isolation room at LAPS. The kittens are getting ringworm baths twice a week. Mama Rose is in another part of the shelter, either awaiting her spay or recovering from her spay. (Once she’s had her spay and had a few days recovery time at LAPS, she’ll be returned to the Happy Forest.)
- Zelda and the Great Catsby litter continue to do great. LAPS is supplementing with bottle feeding every two hours, to give mama a little help. (Nursing ten kittens when you only have eight nipples is hard work, though she’s giving it a good try, just like Tip.) Kayla held a Periscope session with the kittens this afternoon.
- LAPS had a fundraising event at Nufloors Langley today. No cats/kittens on hand, but dogs galore: Lulu, Lily, and Daisy were on-hand in the morning with LAPS unofficial mascot Jasper.
- Alicia had her daily Periscope session with the CallaLily litter. Galaxy’s eyes are almost entirely open. (One is just a little bit not-quite-there.) They’re all very active and curious, and it won’t be long until they are playing and exploring properly.
- Morena, the young black kitten biscuitmaker who was brought in on August 28, was adopted at the LAPS Satellite Adoption Centre today.

TinyKittens HQ:
- Natalie and her family are enjoying Cassidy‘s sleepover with them.
- Dawn came by with her daughter Kira this afternoon to clean up after and feed Tip and the kittens. Cat’s Cradle also continued to come by to do their cat-sitting thing.
People for Happier Cats/TNR site:
- Foster Mom Jules had a Periscope session from the Happy Forest while she was there feeding the ferals. It’s wet and rainy, but the cats are managing to keep mostly dry.
