LAPS:
Kate
Kate, who was brought in with her son George on August 15 (George was adopted on August 26), and Caruso are still waiting for their forever homes at the LAPS Satellite Adoption Centre

The Great Catsby Litter
Everyone is doing great. LAPS is still supplementing with bottle feeding and giving lots of cuddles to mom and babies.
Sullivan aka Sully
Foster Mom Jules has finally succeeding in coaxing her new foster kitten, Sully, out of hiding. Now that he’s out, he’s decided that he likes laps, a lot.

CallaLily Litter
Alicia held her daily Periscope session with Calla Lily and the babies. All of the kittens are very alert and active, and they are walking well. All eyes are open. Alicia also mentioned that Ocean’s kittens (Coral, Buoy, and Scuba) have had one negative ringworm test so far; if their next one is negative as well, they’ll be declared ringworm-free and will be able to be spayed/neutered and put up for adoption.
TinyKittens HQ:
- Topper is back at TKHQ, and is being the 11-week-old kitten that he is, pouncing on Cassidy. It’s looking more and more like he’ll need to find his forever home long before Cassidy will — he needs to be able to romp with a playmate who can keep up with him and that just isn’t Cassidy.

People for Happier Cats/TNR site:
Kimsies was on feeding station duty today at the feral colony. (See lots of great videos below.)
- Lots of cuddle time with Torelius aka Mr. T. His wound has healed and they will PCR test him again for ringworm. Once he has the all-clear, the plan is still to bring him and a friend (probably Pinecone) in to TinyKittens HQ to see how well they will take to being indoors, with the hopes of “taming” them enough that they can be adopted into loving forever homes.
- Kimsies had a couple of deceptively small but very significant breakthroughs with Acorn. She pawed at Kimsies hand and back and didn’t run away as she normally would. (Lap cuddle time is only a visit or two away, Acorn. You’d better resign yourself to it.)
- Rhodes is getting braver, coming to eat while the human predator is still there instead of waiting. Kimsies also got some fairly close video of Sloane, Starling, and Enara eating so everyone is getting a little braver around the humans. (This is particular significant for Starling and Enara as they still haven’t been trapped and spayed.) And Quark tested out Kimsies’ tarp repairs.
- There is also a new, very timid kitten at the feeding station.
