LAPS:
- Lneya spent some time on cam in the morning socializing Rose’s kittens Violet, Sage, Anthos, and Thorny. The power was out at LAPS (there’s a huge rain/wind storm in the area) so it was super quiet, but she still had Internet and enough daylight to see by. She saw some kitten pee in the litter box, which is exciting. 😉 Thorny ate from the bowl like a big boy. They are bringing the kittens out for socialization three times a day now and will announce when those are happening on Facebook.

(This litter was fostered primarily by Meghan and Joel then recently with staffer Amy). Hopefully we’ll get to see them when they arrive at LAPS on Monday. Amy says their ears are ginormous.

TinyKittens HQ:
- The volunteers from Floorlayers Union Local 1541 and Maxwell Floors were on hand to put in the donated flooring at TKHQ. There was much flirting on cam from chatters AND from the floorlayers, some kitten cuddling, and even some work. Power went out around lunch time (due to the Vancouver area rain/wind storm) and eventually all of the cams went down. 🙁 The guys, however, continued their work in low light and without power tools or fans. They were there from 8 until 5 and got almost everything done except for the welding of the seams, which they’ll have to do another day.

https://www.facebook.com/tinykittenscatpack/posts/842171612562734 - While the power was out, Shelly got Flower’s bacterial culture results back from Dr. Ferguson. Cell service was poor because of the power outage so she didn’t get details.
